As the characters on the lantern literally mean a place that serves alcohol, it is the traditional Japanese equivalent of a pub. The local izakaya is always a center of lively conversation and a place to meet friends old and new.
Traditionally covered with paper, these days commercial chochin are made of tough vinyl to withstand the elements. This is the perfect item to add that Japanese touch to your room, home or business.
Note: when opening for the first time, it's best to do so in a warm (and preferably humid) area to loosen up the vinyl.

The waist measurement options are accurate so make sure to get your actual size in cm & not go one size up or down. These are obviously really well made pants & seeing as that's the case it's safe to say all other Toraichi items are of the same premium quality. Definitely worth a second purchase.
