Shipping
Japan Zone Store ships to virtually any address in the world. All goods are carefully packaged and orders from outside Japan are sent using the highly efficient Express Mail (EMS). Customers will be emailed their tracing number and can track their deliveries online in English from Japan to their destination.
Shipping costs are not included in the cost of an item unless stated otherwise. Shipping options, if available, will
be provided to you before completing your checkout.
International Orders - Customs Duties
All international orders are subject to any applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. This remains entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery times are normally 3-5 business days for EMS, though this may vary according to the country shipped to and Japanese national holidays.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase due to error on our part, or if the item is
damaged or faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date on
the postmark. We shall issue a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not possible, we
shall give a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
In the event of your having to return an item for reasons other than damage, please pack the item
securely and add a slip of paper in the package including your name and contact details. Note: in
the event of such a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that it was when it
was originally sent. If the item has been damaged, a refund will not be made under any circumstances.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to the fact that the shipping address supplied at the time of
purchase was incorrect or no longer valid or no one was home at the time of delivery, we will resend
the item but all further shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The same policy holds
true in the event of a clothing item, etc., that does not fit but was shipped as
ordered by the customer. Always double-check the sizes as noted on the site.
