Fuccon Family: Meet The Fuccons
- Description
From the people who brought you small cars and big screen TVs..."The Fuccons: Meet The Fuccons!"
Get ready America! Japanese filmmakers have captured the American family on video and the picture isnt pretty. Meet the Fuccons, a typical 2½ person family inexplicably transported to the land of the rising sun. Okay, maybe they’re not perfect: Dad is a bit stiff and wooden, Mom is plastic and empty headed and Mikey's well, Mike's just a little dummy. But when it comes to standing firm in the face of this new and alien environment, the family that's made together stays together, and it certainly doesn't hurt that the Fuccons are as thick skinned, rigid and inflexible as they come. Go Fuccon crazy with this International smash hit.
Japanese television takes a goodnatured swipe at the stereotype of the ugly American with the smash hit show THE FUCCON FAMILY. Originating as a series of bumper shorts on the Japanese variety program VERMILLION PLEASURE NIGHT and eventually spun off into their own sitcom, the three-minute films follow the fish-out-of-water adventures of an all-American family living in Japan--who all happen to be 1950s-era mannequins. Scathingly satirical and utterly hilarious, the Fuccons are introduced in this collection of eight of the series' best episodes.

Definitely a must shop and go for genuine japanese clothing.

Superb products, customer service and experience

The Giants pro model fitted cap is perfect for a fan of the Giants. It fits well and is stylish.

I am very impressed by the quality and the workmanship of the garment. I live in a cold mountain town in Colorado. Our winter can be brutal. I am looking forward to utilizing my new Hansen

The tobi pants fit perfectly at the size i chose. The accompanying jacket that i bought is a little short on the sleeves but perfect in the shoulders. Im 1.85m tall 80kg and i bought a L size jacket. The material feels awesome

Excellent quality clothing. Order comes in good time. Very happy customer

Perfect fit and comfort! Could wash them easily. Will probably buy one more pair of another color.

perfect bagginess, 10/10 would recommend

I wear it to study, do paperwork, lawnwork, anything. There is no better feeling than knocking out some homework shirtless with this wrapped around your head.

I am 6’4 and 250ibs and finding shoes in my size in Japan is really hard but this place delivered, they look great and feel great and have a cool look to them any bigger dude with a thick frame check these out.

as I am in the USA, work in a world, with too many choices for working clothes, I can buy what seems sensible,am unhappy the moment I try them on.Except in this case. I can move my shoulders, arms as well, and crawl and reach, without the need to re-adjust my sloppy, untucked, western shirt situation.Truly great to not be embarassed by clothes, These are the best!

These are awesome!

Keep up the good work

These are my fourth pair of Toraichi, and although I originally intended them to be something of a novelty, (I chose camouflage, accordingly) these are my favorite cut, thus far.
I intend to acquire more of them, in more colors, as I could wear these every day. The cotton fabric, in conjunction with the roominess of the cut imparts a micro-climate effect that helps regulate temperature much more comfortably than western work pants. Less weight at the cuffs makes them easier to walk around in, and they don't drag at the cuffs or at the seat, nor do they bind.
And, yes-- "fighting spirtit at work!" is more than just a slogan. I am old enough to remember the world before civilian cargo pants, when the work of cowboys dictated what the rest of us wore to work in the US. When cargos hit the scene, they gave one the feeling of "combat readiness," as they were adapted from Battle Dress Uniforms, but they are a flawed concept.
Toraichi imbue the wearer with a similar feeling of readiness and ability, but with a much less militaristic attitude; "fighting spirit," with the intent to do one's best, and not necessarily to defeat, dominate, or harm anything in the process.
For me, and the life I live-- they are perfect, even though I do not ride horses.
