Blue version of the Fighter
These jikatabi are essentially the same as the Fighter model, but are a violet/navy blue color. Flexible, light-weight, durable and extremely comfortable. They have 12 metal fasteners (kohaze) with four width fittings for a perfect fit. There's also a handy small pocket inside the left boot.
The separation of the big toe is said to have health benefits, as the flexing of the toe both relaxes and stimulates the brain.
Produced by Rikio, the top manufacturer of jikatabi in Japan, these tabi boots support the ankle giving a pleasing sensation of support to the whole foot.

If you can get the sizing right, you will not be disappointed with the quality and construction of this shirt. I'd initially ordered a size L but on arrival found it to be short in the arm length for my liking. It was kindly gifted to a family member. I promptly re-ordered the product in the adjusted size of 4L- just perfect!!
